Preventing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) / Safeguarding
Ensuring a safe environment for all that are served by humanitarian and development programming. Our team collaborates with CHS Alliance and contributes to the USAID Community of Practice initiative, which strengthens employment accountability, referencing, and screening to prevent the circulation of perpetrators of sexual misconduct in the aid sector.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive sector by challenging ourselves, our sector partners, and donors to prioritize equity in all policies and practices. Humentum leads this effort through research initiatives like the Benchmarking Race, Inclusion, and Diversity in Global Engagement (BRIDGE), an institutional survey established by a volunteer coalition including Humentum.
